Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 September 2026

These terms govern your use of TWL Tool. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. TWL Tool is provided by Webmania Services Limited, company number 13674389, of 58 Lauderdale Crescent, Manchester, M13 9DP, United Kingdom ("Webmania", "we", or "us").

The Service

TWL Tool helps users capture and organise information, connect third-party services, research prospects, and operate controlled sales, marketing, and automation workflows. Features may change as the Service develops. We aim to keep the Service available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Accounts and connected services

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. When you connect Gmail or another third-party service, you authorise TWL Tool to access that service only to perform the features you enable. Your use of the connected service also remains subject to that provider's terms and policies. You can disconnect an integration at any time.

Your data and responsibilities

You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service. You authorise us and our subprocessors to process it as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service and to comply with law. You confirm that you have the rights, permissions, notices, and legal bases required for data and communications you place in or send through TWL Tool.

Acceptable use

You must not use TWL Tool to:

Subscriptions and payment

Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and we do not store full card details. You may cancel before the next renewal date; access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by us.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, or create a legal, security, or operational risk. Provisions intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data. Our total liability relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions can be sent to daniel@usetwl.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
