TWL Tool helps users capture and organise useful content, connect the services they already use, and run controlled outreach and automation workflows from one workspace.

Gmail integration

Users can connect a Gmail account from Settings → Integrations. TWL Tool can then send messages the user authorises and read messages and threads to show conversation context, identify replies, and stop scheduled follow-ups when a recipient responds.

Gmail access is used only for features the user enables. TWL Tool does not delete or modify Gmail messages and does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or sale. TWL Tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Account control

Gmail sending respects recipient opt-outs, withdrawals and workspace privacy suppressions. Users are responsible for obtaining any permissions required for their messages. There is no separate manual recipient-consent form in TWL.

Optional email AI drafting requires a separate campaign permission and an approved no-training data-processing route. It stays unavailable until the provider settings have been reviewed. Google user data is not used to develop, improve, or train general-purpose or non-personalised AI models. The Privacy Policy explains message storage, sharing, and deletion.

Gmail connections can be removed at any time from Settings → Integrations. Users can also revoke access from their Google Account.
